📜 Roamingo Refund and Compensation Policy

• If you receive a defective product in any form, Roamingo will refund the amount paid for the product.

• Refund requests must be submitted directly to Roamingo via email at: support@roamingo.com

• Upon receipt of your request (usually within five (5) business days), Roamingo will refund the amount paid for the product to the payment method you used, minus any delivery and processing costs/fees associated with the original purchase, which are non-refundable.

 

❌ Refund Limitations

Roamingo will not issue a refund for requests submitted more than fourteen (14) days after the product purchase.

Roamingo will also not issue refunds for returned products that are damaged due to improper use.

 

✨ Dissatisfaction for Other Reasons

• If you are dissatisfied with our product for reasons other than those listed above, Roamingo, at its discretion, may provide compensation by replacing the product and/or refunding the purchase price.
