1. Delivery Area

Delivery is available throughout Tbilisi.

 

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Standard: 2–3 business days
• Express: 45 minutes

Delivery times may vary due to non-working days, weather conditions, or force majeure events.

 

3. Delivery Cost

The delivery cost is calculated during checkout and depends on the shipping address.

 

4. Order Receipt

The customer is required to check the following upon receiving the product:

• Package integrity
• Product accuracy with the order

5. Delivery Delays

If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the cost of redelivery will be charged to the customer.
